Booking & Reservations
Send us your travel dates, group size, and the cities or experiences you’re interested in — by WhatsApp, email, or the booking form on this site. We’ll reply with a suggested itinerary and quote, usually within 24 hours. Once you’re happy with it, a deposit confirms your booking.
Add your deposit amount here — for example, 20% of the total tour cost, with the balance due before arrival or on the first day of the tour.
Yes — every tour we run is private. It’s just you and your group, with your own vehicle, driver, and guide. You won’t be joined with other travelers.
Yes, subject to vehicle and guide availability. We recommend at least 48–72 hours’ notice where possible, but reach out even if your dates are closer — we’ll do what we can.
By bank transfer or secure online payment link. A deposit secures your booking, and the balance is due before or on arrival, depending on the package.
Yes — Visa, Mastercard, and Amex are accepted through our secure payment link. A small processing fee may apply to card payments.

Yes, for groups (typically 10 or more), we can arrange a Luxury Urbania coach with air conditioning and reclining seats.
Yes — all drivers speak English, and English-speaking local guides join you at major monuments and sites.
Yes — airport pickup and drop-off can be included with any tour or arranged as a standalone transfer.
Yes — vehicles are sized to your group, from a sedan for a couple to a coach for a large family or group trip.

Yes — we regularly host travelers from all of these countries and more. Tours are run in English, with other languages available on request.
Airport pickup can be included with any package — just let us know your flight details when you book.
Yes — you’ll have a WhatsApp contact throughout your trip for any questions, changes, or support you need on the ground.
Yes — including visa guidance, itinerary planning, and hotel recommendations, so things are settled before you land.

Cancellation & Changes
Add your specific cancellation policy here — for example, refund percentages by how far in advance you cancel, and any non-refundable costs like hotel deposits.
Yes, subject to availability. Changes made with more notice are easier to accommodate; last-minute date changes may involve rebooking fees depending on hotels and vehicles already confirmed.
Let us know as soon as you’re aware of a delay. We’ll adjust your driver and guide schedule accordingly. Extended waiting times beyond what’s included may carry an additional charge.
Contact us as soon as possible. Refunds are handled according to the cancellation policy above, based on how far ahead of your trip you cancel.

Golden Triangle
It’s possible but tight — essentially one full day in each city. For a more relaxed pace with time to actually enjoy each stop, we recommend 4 to 6 days.
October through March. Days are warm and dry, nights are cool, and visibility for the Taj Mahal is at its best. April to June is very hot, and July to September brings monsoon rain.
Yes — a Taj Mahal visit, typically at sunrise, is a standard part of the Agra leg of every Golden Triangle itinerary.
Yes — extend it with extra nights, add destinations like Udaipur or Ranthambore, or adjust the pace to suit you.
